We stayed in a beautifully designed room with high ceilings and a kitchenette, very convenient. The fresh sheets and towels were a nice touch, and the extra tea and coffee at the coffee station in the reception was a bonus. The location on a quiet street near Paddington Station was perfect for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the nearby Indian and deli restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel located in a picturesque and quiet neighborhood. The hotel was conveniently situated near two metro stations, making it easy to explore central London. The room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette for added convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, giving us plenty of options for meals. it was a great experience.
We did experience some noise issues in the room that prevented us from getting a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness was perfect, with the cleaning staff doing a great job daily. The hotel facilities were great, including a small Sainsbury and Tesco just a 5-minute walk away, as well as easy access to both the Bayswater Tube station and the Queensway station. The location in a quiet residential area near Paddington Station ensured a peaceful night's sleep without any disruptive noise. The staff were always willing to help and provided excellent customer service.

The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a peaceful and quiet area. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and cute. The room had a lovely shower with plenty of hot water.
The room was a bit on the small side. The hotel lacked certain amenities and had no restaurant.

We had an amazing stay here! The location in a nice neighborhood with easy access to public transportation made getting around a breeze. The service was excellent, with housekeeping and laundry services available and complimentary shuttle service. Our room had great amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The staff, particularly the two receptionists we interacted with, were exceptionally welcoming and even allowed us to enjoy a free late check-out. Plus, the leisure garden area was a great place to relax and unwind with Wi-Fi available.
Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quality stay!
